Precast Stair Steps

Ready-made equipped stair treads are produced by bonding one or more of 0-25 mm marble, granite, andazite, basalt, and quartz-silica aggregates with Portland cement with a strength of 450 doses and above. Our products are compressed with ribbed (min. 5 mm) iron reinforcements in special moulds by vibration and produced as a single piece.

While the desired surface treatment is applied to the visible surfaces, the stair treads are produced in 4 cm thickness. While the desired surface treatment is applied to the outer surfaces, cutting and shaving are done in order to make the thickness of the inner surfaces equal. For Rotary stairs, measurements are taken from the construction site for each step. Special moulds are made for each of the measurements taken and produced by the method described above.
